Officer Manager
Moonrock Tree Free Paper Company is seeking a seasoned office manager to set up and manage a new headquarters and product showroom in the Boston area. This position is perfect for a take-charge, self-motivated individual who likes to wear a variety of hats.

As the facilities point person, you will oversee the build-out of the new space and the day-to-day management of the office. This includes the setup and management of the phone system, office equipment and supplies, and as well as the ordering, receiving, inventory management and shipping of showroom samples. As the point of contact for retail clients, distributors and sales reps, you will be responsible for setting a personable and professional tone in all verbal and written communications. This position reports directly to Moonrock's Chief Executive Officer.

Requirements:

• Office management experience (been there, done that)
• Highly-organized workstyle (loves order, hates clutter)
• Flexible in the face of change (can multi-task and prioritize with the best of them)
• Office technology skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Aesthetic sensibility (experience in fashion, fine arts, consumer products or retail industry a plus)
• Positive outlook and good sense of humor (can-do attitude)
